Telesales Agents

As a Telesales Agent for Nutrawell Africa Limited, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers using pre-qualified leads provided by the company. You will focus on clearly explaining the products, addressing customer inquiries, and effectively converting these leads into successful sales. The position is entirely target-driven, with performance evaluated based on sales volume, call activity, follow-up effectiveness, and adherence to company guidelines. High-performing agents will have opportunities for additional incentives and career advancement within the company.

1. Make outbound calls to company-provided leads.
2. Clearly and professionally explain products to potential customers.
3. Answer customer questions and effectively handle objections.
4. Follow up with interested customers to nurture sales opportunities.
5. Convert leads into successful sales transactions.
6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
7. Maintain positive customer relationships.

1. Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
