Job Description
This is a full-time, commission-based position located at Platinum Credit's Westlands Branch, where earnings are directly linked to sales performance. The role is ideal for a self-motivated, target-driven individual who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Prospect for potential clients.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services.
- Conduct field and digital marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and prospects.
- Convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve set monthly sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide timely reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma, First School Leaving Certificate, KCSE, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Certificate, or Vocational qualification.
- Demonstrate a passion for sales and a target-driven mindset.
