Internship Description
This paid internship position at NW Realite, an integrated real estate solutions and advisory firm, is based in Thika Town, Kiambu County. The role is open to both genders and is an entry-level opportunity for individuals holding a Diploma qualification. The intern will gain practical experience in property management within a dynamic business environment.
What You Will Do
- Assist with the collection of rent and service charges.
- Help coordinate service providers and maintenance activities for properties.
- Support in resolving tenant inquiries under the guidance of a mentor.
- Address and manage issues raised by tenants.
- Contribute to the letting of vacant spaces in collaboration with the agency team.
- Draft property reports with supervision from a senior team member.
Requirements
- Possession of a degree in Real Estate.
- Prior experience in managing commercial property is considered an advantage.
- Must be self-driven and proactive.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Commercially focused, with a good understanding of the business environment and how personal conduct impacts the company’s reputation and financial performance.
