Job Description
The Workshop Manager for the Agri-Division will be responsible for leading the workshop team, ensuring efficient daily operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. This role involves managing technician schedules, productivity, warranty claims, and overall workshop processes, while also overseeing budgets and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling of technicians and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Maintain high standards of quality and service delivery within the workshop.
- Manage warranty claims and streamline workshop processes.
- Control budgets and monitor operational performance.
- Lead and develop the workshop team, specifically supporting agricultural equipment operations.
Requirements
- Possess at least 8 years of experience in the automotive or agricultural equipment sector.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Hold a background in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management capabilities.
