The firm annually recruits Young Professionals who are eager to tackle complex, real-world challenges. This international recruitment drive specifically targets, but is not limited to, students, recent postgraduates, and early-career professionals from leading universities in the United Kingdom, Kenya, and the broader African continent. Young Professionals are typically based at Genesis hubs in South Africa (Johannesburg, Cape Town) or Kenya (Nairobi), with exceptions for outstanding candidates in other locations, provided they have legal work rights. Genesis offers a distinct alternative to traditional global management consultancies, combining agile boutique operations, a flat organizational structure, and direct access to senior leadership with the delivery of high-impact, real-world projects. 8. Postgraduate degree in Economics, Applied Economics, PPE, Public Policy, International Development, Development Studies, Business Science/Accounting, Health Economics, or related quantitative/social science disciplines is strongly preferred
9. Strong ability to handle, clean, and interpret quantitative or qualitative data
10. Foundational comfort with analytical software (e.g., Stata, R, Python, Excel) is advantageous
11. Comfort and active curiosity in utilising modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to streamline research and workflows effectively
12. Strong English communication, storytelling, and writing skills
13. Business proficiency in French or Portuguese is highly desirable for regional project expansion
