Job Description
The scope of the role includes execution of daily sales and installation targets, direct engagement with customers in assigned territories, lead generation, conversion, and onboarding. It also involves supporting customer retention and churn reduction, and ensuring adherence to sales processes, quality, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and activations
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and installation targets
- Ensure accurate customer information is captured during onboarding.
- Facilitate successful customer installations
- Educate customers on product usage and benefits
- Ensure customers meet defined quality and consumption thresholds.
- Conduct post-installation follow-ups
- Identify and escalate customer issues early
- Support efforts to reduce early churn
- Cover assigned routes and territories effectively
- Identify new sales opportunities within the territory
- Participate in market activations and campaigns
- Ensure effective product visibility, presence, and customer engagement in the field.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and code of conduct.
- Drive a strong culture of quality sales, ethical customer acquisition, and accurate customer information.
- Proactively identify and escalate fraud risks or unethical sales practices.
- Ensure adherence to HSSE requirements during all sales activities in the field.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports including: Customer visits, Leads generated, Sales made, Installations completed, Customer follow-up outcomes
- Track personal performance against targets and discuss improvements with the Team Leader.
- Work closely with Team Lead Growth for guidance and support
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with operations and customer care for issue resolution
Requirements
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Basic data reporting and accountability
- Minimum 1 year experience in field sales, field operations, or customer-facing roles
- Diploma, Certificate, or relevant post-secondary training in business, sales, or related fields
