They focus on meeting urgent needs and fostering lasting progress by combining local knowledge with global resources to help communities build resilience and pursue a full life on their own terms.
Job Description
AgriFin, established in 2012, primarily targets un-banked smallholder farmers living on less than USD 2 per day. Prosper Global's AgriFin initiative leverages a vast network of partners to ensure that farmer needs are central to the design of partner products and services. Recognizing the significant challenges posed by climate variability and population growth, AgriFin believes that with the right tools, smallholder farmers can build resilience against climate and emergency shocks and continue to sustain their communities. The program aims to connect these farmers to products and services that can increase their productivity and income by 50%, with a specific focus on reaching 40% women and youth. The position supports the timely and effective execution of program activities, promotes strong evidence generation and adaptive management practices, and ensures adherence to both donor and organizational compliance standards.
