Job Description
Pawa IT Solutions is seeking a vibrant, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face and voice of the company. The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, deliver a professional experience to clients, candidates, and visitors, while providing administrative support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, candidates, and visitors professionally while creating a positive first impression.
- Manage the company's main telephone line by answering calls, screening inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate the digital visitor sign-in process, notify staff of visitor arrivals, and ensure guests are comfortably received.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and shared office spaces.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office logistics.
- Monitor office supplies and kitchen inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to support daily office operations.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including interview coordination and record management.
- Support the planning and logistics of staff meetings, company events, and internal activities.
- Perform additional administrative duties assigned by management to support business operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Front Office Management, Communications, or a related field.
- One (1) to Two (2) years' experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience working within a technology company or fast-growing corporate environment will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Calendar.
- Basic knowledge of office administration systems and digital productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
