Job Description
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding Impala Glass Industries Ltd.'s customer base and driving sales growth within the architectural glass and construction markets. This role requires an energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers, including fundis, construction companies, hardware shops, and traders in Gikomba Market.
- Conduct field visits to generate new sales leads.
- Promote Impala Glass products and solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate, and convert sales opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales or business development.
- Experience in the glass, aluminium, hardware, or construction industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- A valid motorcycle (two-wheeler) driving licence is highly preferred.
- Basic proficiency in smartphones, WhatsApp, and digital sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor Degree qualification.
