Job Description
MSVL Group is seeking an experienced IT Assistant (Techno-Functional ERP Support) to support ERP implementation, maintenance, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP implementation, maintenance, and optimization
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Provide first-level technical and functional ERP support
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal teams
- Support system testing, UAT, user training, and documentation
- Monitor system performance and reporting
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Support digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration
- Experience in at least one full ERP implementation cycle
- Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Experience with ERP configuration and user-side implementation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and system integrations is an added advantage
