Game Operations Part-Time Associate

Game Room is a Nairobi-based gaming studio that offers professional in-game coaching and companion services for Delta Force: Hawk Ops. They recruit local talented gamers to work as on-site game coaches, providing equipment, stable order resources, and performance-based incentives.

The company is seeking several Part-Time Game Operations Associates to assist with an ongoing online-game project in Nairobi. This is an on-site, part-time position where all necessary working hardware and mobile devices will be fully supplied by the company for job-related activities.

1. Perform assigned in-game operational tasks according to standard work instructions and workflow requirements to complete daily assignments.
2. Maintain accurate simple work logs, recording daily task completion status and submitting reports to the on-site supervisor.
3. Adhere strictly to company operational rules, ensuring no third-party scripts, bots, or unauthorized tools are used, and all operations are manual.
4. Maintain good workplace discipline, comply with office regulations, and keep company-provided devices safe and intact.
5. Complete other reasonable ad-hoc game-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

1. Must be 18 years old or above with a valid national ID document.
2. Able to report to the Nairobi office for scheduled shifts.
3. Familiarity with and passion for Delta Force, with practical hands-on gameplay experience preferred.
4. Possess carefulness, patience, and the ability to follow clear instructions to complete daily assigned tasks.
5. Demonstrate reliable attendance for scheduled part-time shifts.
