Job Description
Ngao Credit is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to assume the role of Sales Team Leader. This position involves overseeing and inspiring a high-performing sales team, developing and maintaining a robust loan portfolio, and actively participating in the recruitment, coaching, and professional development of Sales Agents. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the team's portfolio performance and collection efforts, alongside identifying new market opportunities and generating potential leads to drive business growth.

Requirements
