Access Bank Kenya PLC is a leading financial institution providing banking and financial services in Kenya.

Access Bank Kenya PLC is looking for experienced banking professionals to manage branches across multiple locations including Nairobi, Flax, Olenguruone, Iten, Eldama Ravine, and Marigat. The role involves driving business growth, managing customer relationships, overseeing credit portfolios, and ensuring operational compliance.

1. Drive branch business growth through deposit mobilization, lending, revenue generation, and profitability.
2. Develop and maintain customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
3. Oversee credit portfolio quality, credit monitoring, and compliance with approved credit terms.
4. Manage branch budgets and monitor performance against business targets.
5. Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to deliver results and excellent customer service.
6. Ensure effective operational controls, regulatory compliance, and adherence to the Bank’s policies.

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
2. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Banking and Finance, along with relevant professional qualifications, is an added advantage.
3. Possess at least seven years’ experience in banking or financial services.
4. Have relevant experience in branch banking, business development, credit, or relationship management.
5. Demonstrate success in business growth, portfolio management, achievement of performance targets, and team leadership.
6. Exhibit strong business development, marketing, and customer relationship management skills.
7. Possess sound credit appraisal, financial analysis, and risk management capabilities.
8. Show proven leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
9. Display strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
10. Have excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
