A leading Kenyan food producer is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive national sales growth across its poultry and fish product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market share, managing customer relationships, and leading business development initiatives across Kenya.

1. Develop and implement national sales and marketing strategies.
2. Drive revenue growth across multiple product lines.
3. Build relationships with retailers, supermarkets, hotels, and institutional buyers.
4. Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
5. Coordinate with production facilities to meet customer demand.
6. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
7. Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
8. Manage key customer accounts.
9. Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
10. Ensure achievement of sales targets.
11. Travel extensively across Kenya to support business growth.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong commercial and business development knowledge.
3. Good understanding of FMCG or food distribution markets.
