Job Description
Kenya Re is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager Retakaful. The successful candidate will join the organization on permanent and pensionable terms in line with the Corporation’s Human Resource policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Retakaful business operations and growth.
- Assist in strategic planning and implementation of Retakaful initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Prepare reports and support stakeholder engagement.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience in Takaful/Retakaful operations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Professional qualifications in insurance or finance are an added advantage.
