Mawingu, a leading Kenyan ISP, is offering a Customer Experience Internship. The intern will primarily work within the inbound call center, providing essential support to the customer service department. Key aspects of the role include assisting customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting network and system-related problems, and addressing sales questions. The intern will also be responsible for managing call volumes efficiently, working to reduce repeat calls, and actively responding to customer interactions on social media platforms, all while receiving guidance from experienced team members.

1. Handle incoming customer calls and provide quality assistance.

1. Possess a Diploma qualification.
2. Demonstrate a strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
