Job Description
The Manager, Personal Lines will be responsible for the growth and management of a personal lines portfolio, with direct accountability for achieving commercial results. This role involves working across multiple distribution channels and requires strong collaboration with both technical and customer-facing teams to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
- Possess AIIK or ACII professional qualifications.
- Have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in insurance or financial services, including experience in product, portfolio, distribution, or business management.
- Prior experience in personal, retail, or individual health insurance is advantageous.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to grow and manage a portfolio with clear accountability for commercial results.
- Possess experience working across multiple distribution channels and collaborating effectively with technical and customer-facing teams.
