Mirema School is looking for a passionate Digital Content Producer to join their Marketing Department. This role involves creating engaging visual and digital content through graphic design, photography, videography, and social media management. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the school's brand identity and highlighting its learning experiences, achievements, and community spirit.

1. Design various marketing materials including posters, flyers, and social media graphics.
2. Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos of school activities and events.
3. Produce creative video content for social media campaigns and the school website.
4. Develop, schedule, and publish content across the school’s social media platforms.
5. Ensure consistent application of the school’s brand identity across all content.
6. Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and audience growth.
7. Manage and organize the school’s digital content library, including photos and videos.
8. Collaborate with other departments to support various events, campaigns, and communication needs.

1. Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film & Video Production, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital content production.
3. Demonstrate strong proficiency in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
4. Be skilled in relevant design and video-editing software.
5. Have experience in creating and managing social media content.
6. Present a strong portfolio showcasing design, photography, and video-production capabilities.
7. Exhibit excellent communication skills, creativity, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
8. Experience within an educational or child-focused environment is considered an advantage.
