The Production Operation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of production activities. This involves coordinating production schedules, maintaining production work orders and systems, closely monitoring the availability of local materials, proactively resolving any operational abnormalities, and providing essential support for daily production tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate production schedules, including product, color, and design scheduling, based on production requirements and available capacity.
- Maintain, update, and monitor production work orders within the relevant ERP or production management system.
- Identify, follow up on, and resolve system-related abnormalities and discrepancies promptly.
- Track the availability and delivery status of locally sourced production materials.
- Follow up on delayed, insufficient, or abnormal material deliveries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Monitor daily production activities and track progress against the approved production plan.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production and operational reports.
- Ensure that all production-related data and records are accurate, complete, and updated on time.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of production procedures and operational processes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Logistics, Operations Management, Production Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
