Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data quality, compliance, and evidence-based reporting. They will also facilitate learning and the use of data to enhance program effectiveness, accountability, and decision-making processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of an integrated Monitoring, Evaluation, and Compliance system
- Track program performance against GVRC indicators, donor requirements, and organizational commitments
- Ensure data quality and compliance
- Facilitate evidence-based reporting and learning
- Utilize data to improve program effectiveness, accountability, and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Project Planning, Economics and Statistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation
- Advanced computer skills with strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Experience in data visualization is an added advantage
- Project Management or M&E training is desirable
- Demonstrated customer focus and teamwork abilities
- Strong performance management skills and results orientation
- High degree of reliability, professionalism, and ethics
- Excellent interpersonal skills
