These roles are crucial for expanding the hospital's reach and growth into neighboring counties. BDEs will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and actively promoting the hospital's services. The position plays a vital role in enhancing the hospital's brand visibility, increasing patient referrals, and strengthening its market presence through strategic community and institutional engagement initiatives.

1. Hold a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the healthcare sector.
3. Demonstrate a good understanding of insurance and corporate health schemes.
4. Be willing to travel extensively within assigned counties.
5. Exhibit strong networking and relationship-building skills.
6. Be target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
7. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Be able to analyze market trends and implement strategic outreach initiatives.
9. Be proficient in planning and executing community engagements, CMEs, and medical camps.
10. Be skilled in preparing business reports and conducting competitor analysis.
