Internship Description
The primary goal of this role is to cultivate the selected individual into a skilled business resource who can effectively manage Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) activities within the branch. This involves actively acquiring new customers and ensuring the retention of existing ones, all while adhering to the Bank's overall strategic framework.
What You Will Do
- Develop new relationships with SME clients to increase the number of SME accounts and build a high-quality asset and liabilities book for the branch, in line with set budgets.
- Participate in marketing activities within the business area to maximize appropriate business growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests and loan applications according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and documented procedures.
- Manage relationships for the assigned SME portfolio.
- Ensure optimal and relevant product offerings are provided to SME clients.
- Complete all necessary documents for loan applications and prepare proposals for credit analysis and approval, adhering to the bank’s credit policy.
- Enhance product/service knowledge on bank products.
- Improve cross-selling skills to increase client product equipment rates.
Requirements
- University Degree, preferably in a business-related field such as Economics, Finance, or Accounting, from an institution recognized by the Commission for University Education.
