Job Description
The Branch Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a Powerstar Supermarket branch. This involves ensuring smooth store performance, actively working to achieve and exceed sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively managing and developing a diverse team within a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires a leader who can maintain high operational standards while fostering a positive customer and employee experience.

Requirements
