Internship Description
This 3-month internship, based at KENAFF Headquarters in Kikuyu, Nairobi, involves supporting the Business Development & Services department. The intern will be responsible for promoting and following up on an insurance product, providing customer service, responding to inquiries, and assisting with other business development activities as assigned.
What You Will Do
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding the insurance product.
- Provide customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
- Support product promotion and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer follow-ups and feedback.
- Assist the BDS team with other business development activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be customer-focused, confident, and proactive.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow up consistently and work towards set targets.
- Have basic computer skills.
