Technical Resource Implementer

The Technical Resource Implementer is responsible for optimizing staff utilization to fulfill the stringent safety and operational needs of aircraft maintenance. This involves strategic allocation of technical personnel and proactive management of resource availability to support the airline's network and maintenance demands.

1. Control the daily allocation of engineers and technicians to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
2. Manage manpower deviations resulting from schedule interruptions.
3. Coordinate with technical planning and production areas to meet manpower requirements for network and maintenance support.
4. Monitor and manage staff leave, sick-offs, trainings, and no-shows.
5. Record statistics and monitor overtime levels.
6. Coordinate with production areas for all maintenance operations and training needs.
7. Recommend procedure and practice amendments to improve cost-effective performance.
8. Ensure maintenance operation activities and resource scheduling communication are coordinated via maintenance control.
9. Minimize schedule disruptions caused by absenteeism or late reporting.
10. Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure working environment in compliance with company procedures, regulatory authorities, and customer airline requirements.

1. University graduate or Diploma in a relevant field.
2. Five years of experience in airline operational areas.
3. Experience in Resource Management and Scheduling is an added advantage.
4. Working knowledge of KCAA/EASA Rules and Regulations.
5. Knowledge in systematic documentation of project reports, systems, and processes.
6. IT Proficiency including Database (MS-Access), Spreadsheet (MS-Excel), Word Processing (MS-Word), Computer Graphics (MS-PowerPoint), and Project Management (MS-Projects).
7. Good negotiation skills.
