Software Developer (Intern)

Green Com Enterprise Solutions Ltd is a Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Partner specializing in reselling and customizing enterprise applications based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX platforms. The company's primary goal is to help organizations leverage information communication technology to reduce operating costs and realize business value from their tech investments.

Green Com Enterprise Solutions Ltd is offering an exciting internship for recent ICT graduates to gain practical experience in software development by contributing to live projects. Interns will join the development team, and candidates with an interest or prior experience in AI agent engineering, focusing on systems where AI models reason, utilize tools, and perform tasks autonomously, will be highly preferred.

1. Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
2. Build and experiment with AI agents and LLM-powered features, including prompt design, tool integration, and workflow automation.
3. Integrate third-party APIs and services into the company's solutions.
4. Produce clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
5. Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile sprint activities.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
7. Research emerging AI and software development tools and share findings with the team.

1. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related ICT field.
2. Working knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#.
3. Understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, version control (Git), and databases.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen willingness to learn.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. (Preferred) Experience in building AI agents or LLM-based applications using APIs like Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.
7. (Preferred) Familiarity with agent frameworks and concepts such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
8. (Preferred) Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), or containerization (Docker).
9. (Preferred) A portfolio, GitHub profile, or personal projects demonstrating relevant skills, especially in AI.
