The Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to maximize sales and revenue growth for Vivo Fashion Group. This involves ensuring retail outlets maintain high visual and housekeeping standards, as well as executing processes related to revenue collection, inventory management, and asset control within the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Promptly and courteously address customer needs and requests.
- Handle sales support tasks and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels and all stock movements.
- Organize and store products in designated areas to facilitate easy retrieval and efficient space utilization.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and distribution of goods to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain store displays and merchandising according to brand standards.
- Implement and communicate special offers and promotional campaigns.
- Collect and share customer feedback to contribute to service improvement.
Requirements
- Strong abilities in upselling and cross-selling products.
- Proven expertise in building and nurturing customer relationships.
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and managing time effectively.
- Skilled in inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
- Experience using Point of Sales (POS) systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and fashion styling.
- A Diploma in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
