Job Description
This role involves assisting the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of pharmacy operations. Key duties include the accurate and safe preparation and dispensing of medications, as well as managing medication inventory effectively. The technologist must ensure that all activities adhere to established safety protocols and regulatory requirements within the hospital's pharmacy units.
Requirements
- Hold a Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a busy hospital setting.
- Be proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exhibit good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Be capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
