The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for thoroughly understanding the menu to confidently recommend, pair, and upsell items to customers. They will accurately take orders, communicate any updates to guests, and ensure prompt and seamless dining experiences. A key part of the role is to serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their happiness from the moment they are seated until they complete their payment. Additionally, the position requires maintaining perfectly set tables, ensuring cutlery is polished, and upholding impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality.
- Fresh hospitality graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Possess an added advantage of 1 year of fast-paced serving experience.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Exhibit excellent English communication skills.
